We aim to process and dispatch all orders as quickly as possible.

UK SHIPPING

Standard Delivery: £4.99

FREE Standard Delivery on orders over £50.

Express Delivery: £6.99.

Estimated delivery times will be displayed at checkout where available. Delivery times are estimates and may vary during busy periods, public holidays or due to circumstances outside our control.

ORDER PROCESSING

Orders are normally processed before dispatch within 1–3 business days. Orders placed on weekends or UK public holidays may be processed on the next working day.

INTERNATIONAL SHIPPING

International shipping may be available to selected countries. Available shipping options, costs and estimated delivery times will be displayed at checkout.

Customers are responsible for any applicable import duties, customs charges or local taxes unless otherwise stated at checkout.

ORDER TRACKING

Where tracking is available, customers will receive tracking information after their order has been dispatched.

INCORRECT ADDRESS

Customers are responsible for providing a complete and accurate delivery address. Please contact us as soon as possible if you notice an error. We cannot guarantee that an address can be changed once an order has been processed or dispatched.

LOST, DAMAGED OR DELAYED ORDERS

If your order arrives damaged or does not arrive within the expected timeframe, please contact us so we can investigate the issue.
