DAD BODY TRANSFORMATION – RETURN & REFUND POLICY

We want you to be completely satisfied with your purchase from DAD BODY TRANSFORMATION.

Returns

You may request a return within 14 days of receiving your order. After notifying us that you wish to return an eligible item, you must return it within 14 days.

To be eligible for a return, items should be unworn, unused, unwashed and returned with their original tags and packaging where reasonably possible. You may handle an item as you would in a physical shop to determine its nature, characteristics and fit.

How to request a return

Please contact us before returning an item, quoting your order number and the item(s) you wish to return. We will provide return instructions.

Please do not send products back without first contacting us.

Return postage

Unless an item is faulty, damaged, incorrect, or otherwise not as described, customers are responsible for the cost of returning unwanted items.

Faulty, damaged or incorrect items

Please contact us as soon as possible if your order arrives damaged, faulty or incorrect. Where applicable, we will arrange an appropriate replacement, refund or other remedy and cover reasonable return costs in accordance with your statutory rights.

Exceptions

Certain items may not be eligible for change-of-mind returns where an applicable legal exception applies. This may include goods made to your specifications or clearly personalised, and sealed goods that are not suitable for return for health protection or hygiene reasons where the seal has been broken after delivery.

This does not affect your rights where an item is faulty, damaged, not as described or where you otherwise have a statutory right to a remedy.

Refunds

Once your return has been received and assessed, we will notify you. Approved refunds will be made to your original payment method.

Where you exercise a statutory right to cancel an eligible online order, we will refund the amounts required by applicable UK consumer law, including qualifying standard outbound delivery charges. Additional delivery costs resulting from choosing a more expensive delivery method than our standard option are not refundable where permitted by law.

Refund processing times may vary depending on your bank or payment provider.

If you require another size, please contact us. Exchanges are subject to stock availability.
